Refund policy

Off-the-Shelf Pendants

• Non-customized pendants that have not been installed can be returned or exchanged.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Custom-Made Pendants

• Any pendant customized to your specifications — including finish, size, or mounting — cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

Delivery Inspection

• Please inspect your pendant upon delivery.
• Damage or defects must be reported within 14 days.

Warranty

• Standard: 3 years from purchase for manufacturing defects.
• Extended: 5 years available for commercial projects (additional fees apply).
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage from misuse, installation issues, normal wear, or exposure to extreme conditions.

Freight for Warranty Claims

• Customers are responsible for freight costs for warranty returns or replacements unless otherwise agreed.

Australian Consumer Law

• This policy does not limit your rights under ACL. You are entitled to remedies for major failures that cannot be fixed by repair or replacement, and for minor failures as per ACL.
