Free Freight
We offer free standard freight across Australia for all in-stock products listed on our website, with some exceptions.
Exceptions
- Large custom fabric pendants or custom orders not listed on the website may incur freight charges.
- For larger projects, we may restrict delivery to commercial addresses only.
- Deliveries may be refused or incur additional fees if there is no forklift or suitable unloading equipment at the delivery address. Tailback delivery trucks may incur extra charges where appropriate.
Delivery Information
To ensure a smooth delivery, we require the receiver’s full name and contact number. This information is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is shared with our freight providers strictly for delivery purposes.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any freight costs associated with returning or exchanging products will be borne by the customer.
